Job summary

Flanigan’s Enterprises is seeking a dedicated Buser to support servers, bartenders, and the dining team by cleaning, setting up, and assisting guests. The role involves physical tasks, maintaining sanitary conditions, and supporting the frontline team in a fast-paced environment.

The position requires the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, work in damp or hot environments, and completion of Florida safety and vendor certifications.

Qualifications

• Must be able to reach, bend, and stoop frequently.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and place items on high shelves.
• Work in damp, high temperature environments indoors sometimes outdoors.
• Florida Responsible Vendor program compliance required.
• Food safety certification required.

Responsibilities

• Cleans and sets up tables for new guests in a timely manner.
• Assists guests by clearing dishes and glassware.
• Removes trash and debris from bar and dining areas.
• Maintains restroom cleanliness and common areas.
• Ensure high chairs/booster seats are sanitary.
• Perform shift changes and assigned sidework.
