Qualificações

• Hospitality supervisory experience or equivalent preferred.
• Proven team leadership and people-management skills.
• Strong guest service orientation and problem-solving abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Lead restaurant and beverage associates, ensuring high service standards.
• Assist with onboarding and training of new staff.
• Engage with guests to ensure dining satisfaction and handle requests.
• Support daily operations, ensure area cleanliness, and manage cash handling.
