Qualifications

• Experience supervising restaurant or beverage teams in a hospitality setting.
• Proven ability to train and develop staff for peak service periods.
• Strong guest engagement skills with a commitment to service excellence.
• Solid operational support capabilities including cash handling and cleanliness standards.
• Familiarity with restaurant systems such as OpenTable, iRIS and Adaco.
