Job summary

Rosen Shingle Creek in Orlando is seeking a Part-time Bartender to provide exceptional guest service while mixing a variety of beverages. You will upsell menu items, set up and maintain the bar, and ensure compliance with alcohol service guidelines.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of bartending experience required.
• Must be able to lift 25 lbs consistently and 50 lbs infrequently.
• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Must be able to legally work in the USA.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages with precision.
• Recommend and upsell menu items to enhance guest experience.
• Set up the bar area before opening the bar, including liquor, ice, etc.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area.
• Responsible for knowledge of laws regarding age requirements, responsible alcohol service guidelines, etc.
• Maintain Responsible Vendors training status and attend all mandatory meetings.
• Monitors guests' drinking habits to prevent abusive consumption of alcohol.
• Complies with the company's drug-free and tobacco/nicotine-free policy.
• All other duties as assigned.

Summary:
