Job summary

Davidson Hospitality Group is hiring a Host/hostess for JW Marriott Reston Station in Reston, VA. You’ll be the first point of contact, greeting guests and coordinating seating in a fast-paced luxury hotel setting.

The role requires excellent communication, a friendly and outgoing personality, and the ability to multitask while maintaining impeccable service standards. Evening and weekend availability is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in customer service, preferably in hospitality.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, outgoing personality; multitasking ability.
• Willing to work evenings, weekends, holidays; strong time management.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm smile at arrival.
