Job summary

Hyatt Regency Aruba Resort, Spa and Casino is seeking an Assistant Server to support the restaurant team in delivering efficient and high-quality service. This roving assistant server role may support multiple areas of the restaurant operation as needed.

You will assist servers with food and beverage delivery, clear tables, maintain cleanliness, and help with setup and closing procedures while remaining attentive to guest requests and maintaining guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
• Effective verbal communication skills.
• Physical stamina to lift moderate amounts of weight.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Previous experience in a hospitality or food service support role is preferred.
