Sacred Pepper is seeking a dedicated Server Assistant to support the serving team and maintain a welcoming dining environment. You will collaborate with servers to ensure efficient service, keep dining areas clean, and anticipate guest needs throughout shifts.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsabilidades

Job Summary

The Server Assistant at our establishment plays a vital role in supporting the seamless flow of restaurant operations They work closely with the servers to deliver exceptional service to our guests ensuring a pleasant dining experience This position goes beyond traditional busser and bar back responsibilities to provide invaluable assistance to the serving team

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with servers to set and maintain dining areas ensuring they are clean organized and properly set up
• Assist servers in delivering food to tables promptly and accurately
• Clear tables efficiently and reset them for the next guests paying close attention to detail
• Support server needs during service such as refilling drinks providing additional utensils and addressing guest requests swiftly
• Work proactively to anticipate and meet the needs of guests and servers alike
• Maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization in the dining areas
• Communicate effectively with the serving team to ensure smooth coordination and exceptional customer service
• Embody the values and culture of our establishment in all interactions with guests and team members

Qualifications

High School DiplomaGED required Post hire certification in Food Handling and Responsible Beverage Service Excellent communication and teamwork skills Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment and adapt to changing needs Knowledge of restaurant operations and customer service principles Flexible availability including weekends and holidays Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and liftmove moderate loads Demonstrated initiative and a customer centric approach
