Job summary

Trump International Beach Resort in Sunny Isles Beach, FL seeks an Assistant Server to support the dining team by stocking and resetting plates between courses, assisting with water, bread, and butter service, and clearing tables to hotel standards. You will help maintain smooth service during meals and respond to guest requests with courtesy.

The role requires a high school diploma (or GED) and 1 month of hotel/resort assistant server experience, with the ability to lift up to 80 pounds and

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Sets up tables and pantry station


• Sets up and breaks down buffet as needed.


• Maintains and restocks side stations


• Assists servers with water, bread and butter service and amuse service.


• Observes guests to respond to any additional requests and determine when the meal has been completed.


• Clears and resets tables at conclusion of each course or meal.


• Performs and services customers to hotel service Standards.

• Other duties and responsibilities may be assigned. The employee is expected to work in other areas of the hotel when needed to assist operations to perform job duties not necessarily contained in this job description
