Qualifications

• ServSafe certificate required.
• Experience leading a fast-paced restaurant team.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Knowledge of FIFO, code dates and health inspections preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to team members and ensure fast, accurate, friendly service.
• Train team members and identify training opportunities.
• Oversee training systems, food safety, and safety/compliance practices.
• Handle cash, manage inventory, and report to General Manager.
• Set targets, delegate tasks, and follow up on performance.
