Job summary

Huey Magoo's Chicken Tenders - KRM in Georgia seeks a Manager to oversee operations and staff during scheduled shifts at our Huey Magoo's location. You will handle money, open/close, run shifts, ensure quality service, and be ready to step into any role as needed.

Responsibilities include training, resolving conflicts, maintaining equipment, enforcing health and safety standards, and delivering a fast, friendly guest experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or higher.
• Previous experience as a restaurant manager required.
• ServeSafe or Food Handlers certification a plus.
• Effective interpersonal skills required.
• Must be able to read, write and communicate effectively in English.
• Ability to lift 30+ lbs.
• Ability to work standing for 8+ hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide direction and feedback to workers during shifts.
• Assign duties to staff as needed.
• Train and coach new employees.
• Inspect equipment and communicate the need for repairs or replacements to management.
• Check cash drawers and prepare bank deposits.
• Ensure health and safety standards are followed.
• Address customer and employee complaints.
• Resolve conflicts between workers.
