Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 2-4 years supervisory experience in fast food, QSR, food service or retail with P&L responsibility.
• Basic personal computer literacy.
• Must pass background check criteria and drug test.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Able to tolerate standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs.

Responsabilités

• Shift management: ensure shift managers and team members complete tasks; schedule shifts and deployment.
• Customer service: ensure a positive dining experience and assist in escalated situations.
• Employee management: supervise, develop, train new hires; address performance issues.
• Food safety: maintain a safe environment for employees and customers.
