The role requires strong leadership, effective communication, and a track record of developing people. Candidates should have 2–4 years of supervisory experience and be able to pass background and drug screening.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 2–4 years of supervisory experience in fast food, quick service, food service or retail with Profit and Loss responsibility.
• Basic personal computer literacy.
• Must pass background check.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Able to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs.
