• Ensure product quality, safety, and operational standards.
• Monitor cash, sales, and inventory accuracy during shift.
• Complete end-of-shift and end-of-day paperwork; report discrepancies.
• Maintain a safe environment for staff and guests; follow laws.
• Complete incident reports per policy.
