Formación

• 2–4 years of supervisory experience in fast-food, quick-service restaurant, food service, or retail with Profit and Loss responsibility.
• Must pass background check criteria and drug test.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Able to tolerate standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs.

Responsabilidades

• Shift management – supervise shift managers and deploy the team.
• Customer service – ensure a positive dining experience and assist with escalations.
• Employee management – train new hires and address performance issues.
