Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 2–4 years supervisory experience in fast food / quick service / retail with P&L responsibility.
• Basic personal computer literacy.
• Must pass background check and drug test.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Able to tolerate standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs.

Responsabilités

• Shift management – supervise shift managers and team, including scheduling.
• Customer service – ensure a positive dining experience and handle escalations.
