Qualifications

• Two years experience as a restaurant manager in a full service restaurant.
• Ability to train, develop and lead a team.
• Financial management experience.
• Technological skills in the programs listed above, ideal.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends and most holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily restaurant operations and build a culture of excellence.
• Support hiring, training, scheduling, and team development.
• Oversee food & beverage service, inventory, and cost controls.
