Job summary

Cattlemens is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager in daily restaurant operations and to build a culture of excellence in a family-owned steakhouse tradition. You’ll lead service staff, participate in hiring and training, and help manage budgets, safety, and guest satisfaction.

We offer a $72,000-$80,000/year compensation based on experience, a $5,000 signing bonus, relocation assistance if available, and comprehensive benefits as part of our longstanding team-focused

This position offers a $5,000 signing bonus, with 50% payable after six months of active employment in good standing, and the remaining 50% payable after one year of active employment in good standing

What You’ll Do

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Two years experience as a restaurant manager in a full service restaurant
• Ability to train, develop and lead a team
• Financial management experience
• Technological skills in the programs listed above, ideal
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work evenings, weekends and most holidays
