Jimmy John's is seeking an Assistant Manager to support day-to-day restaurant operations under the General Manager. You will help lead a team of about 10, assist with cost controls, and ensure fast, accurate sandwich preparation with outstanding customer service.

The role includes supervising staff during opening and closing shifts, assisting with food preparation, orders, and cash handling, and supporting reporting tasks across the shop.

• Support daily meat/vegetable slicing and bread production.
• Assist with reports and paperwork as needed.
