Job summary

Burger King® Assistant Manager at Carrols Corporation partners with the Restaurant General Manager to drive restaurant performance and develop a high-performing team. You’ll lead shifts, coach Team Members and Shift Coordinators, and uphold BK brand standards for quality, service, cleanliness and safety.

This hands-on leadership role supports sales growth, labor efficiency, food safety, and guest satisfaction, while offering growth opportunities within the organization and a focus on guest

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of leadership experience in restaurants, retail, or other fast-paced environments.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• At least 18 years of age
• People-first mindset with strong communication and team motivation skills
• Ability to solve problems and make confident, timely decisions
• Commitment to guest experience, BK® standards, and ongoing learning and growth

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts, coaching and developing Team Members and Shift Coordinators while ensuring quality, service, cleanliness, and safety.
• Drive sales growth, labor efficiency, and guest satisfaction scores while maintaining brand standards.
• Support profitability by monitoring inventory, managing orders and assets, and upholding cash control & security protocols.
• Collaborate with the Restaurant General Manager to achieve operational excellence.
