Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations under the General Manager.
• Create and manage staff schedules; interview, hire and train.
• Coach, counsel and develop staff; manage team relations.
• Exercise proper food handling and facility maintenance; ensure health and safety standards.
• Set and maintain a friendly, family environment in the restaurant.
