Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in restaurant or food service management or supervisory role.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lead by example, with a focus on team collaboration and customer satisfaction.
• Basic knowledge of food safety regulations, health codes, and sanitation standards.
• Flexibility in working hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead, guide, and support front-line team members to ensure quality service and teamwork.
• Provide direct support to customers by addressing concerns, resolving complaints, and ensuring an exceptional dining experience.
• Assist in opening and closing the restaurant, including staffing, shift schedules, and cash handling procedures.
• Support onboarding of new employees and provide ongoing training to ensure standards.
• Assist with stock rotation, monitor inventory levels, and report shortages or maintenance needs.
• Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of dining and service areas per health standards.
• Assist management with daily operations, guest flow, service speed, and issue resolution.
• Act as liaison between staff and upper management, communicating important updates.
