Job summary

Ole Times Country Buffet in Georgia is seeking a Server for dinner shifts. The role focuses on delivering exceptional guest service, thorough menu knowledge, and accurate food and beverage handling. You will work closely with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction.

The position requires strong English communication, reliability for 3pm–10pm shifts, and the ability to stand for long periods while maintaining a high level of hospitality and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Fluent English (verbal and written) with excellent interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly in a warm, friendly manner and explain menu offerings and promotions.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and enter them into the POS system.
• Deliver meals and beverages promptly and ensure orders are correct and well presented.
• Monitor guest needs and escalate issues to management to ensure a positive dining experience.
• Process payments accurately and provide receipts and change.
• Maintain clean tables and dining area; assist with opening/closing duties and teamwork.
