You will learn management duties, supervise team members, ensure safety and cleanliness, handle guest concerns, and help drive guest satisfaction in a fast-paced environment. Previous management experience preferred; full-time hours with flexible shifts.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in a restaurant Shift/Assistant Manager role.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Background and motor vehicle checks required.
• Food Handler’s Permit and/or ServSafe Certification where required.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
