McAlister Inc. in Memphis is seeking an Assistant Manager to join our restaurant team. You will supervise daily operations, manage inventory and ordering, schedule staff, and coach team members to maintain service standards.

You will lead shifts, interview candidates, handle guest concerns, and collaborate with the General Manager on performance reviews. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and a customer-focused mindset.

Mansioni

• Manage, monitor, coaching and training team members to ensure operational execution.
• Take ownership in driving sales and repeat Guest visits.
• Ensure Guest satisfaction through Six Service Standards and PLUS 1 as needed.
• Interviews candidates and provides hiring recommendations to GM or completes the hiring process.
• Open and close shifts, including cash handling duties.
• Place, check in, and store orders; enter invoices.
• Develop team members and shift leaders.
• Create and adjust team member schedules.
• Communicate essential information to GM and maintain shift notes.
• Address Guest issues or conflicts and report to GM promptly.
