AES Restaurants in Strasburg, VA is seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager to guide a team and deliver a positive guest experience, uphold quality, safety, and cleanliness, and ensure operations run smoothly.

You will hire, train, coach, manage cash and inventory controls, and work with the General Manager to achieve goals in service, operations, and financial results. A reliable vehicle and ServSafe certification are required.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to coach and develop team members.
• Strong guest service focus and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of cash handling and inventory controls.
