Job summary

Wing Shack in the United States is seeking a restaurant leader to oversee day-to-day operations, drive guest service, and maintain food quality in a fast-paced environment.

You will lead a team, handle scheduling, onboarding, and inventory, with a pay of $20-22 per hour plus tips. Must be 21+, eligible to work in the United States, 2–3 years restaurant experience and 3–5 years leadership. Growth opportunities available.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old.
• Eligible to work in the United States.
• 2–3 years of restaurant experience.
• 3–5 years of restaurant leadership.
• Experience in front-of-house and back-of-house preferred.
• Strong knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and labor compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and motivate team members to uphold Wing Shack’s standards of service, food quality, and cleanliness.
• Assist with scheduling, shift planning, and ensuring adequate coverage during peak times.
• Support the onboarding of new hires and provide ongoing coaching and development.
• Deliver excellent customer service, resolving guest concerns quickly and professionally.
• Help monitor inventory, place orders, and ensure proper food and beverage storage.
• Oversee cash handling, deposits, and accurate POS procedures.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant restaurant environment in accordance with company, local, and federal guidelines.
• Step into the manager role when needed to keep operations running smoothly.
