Job summary

Wing Shack Enterprises invites applications for a Senior Team Leader in Colorado. You will act as the right-hand to management, running daily operations while maintaining Wing Shack’s energetic culture and food quality.

You will lead, train, and coach staff, manage scheduling and onboarding, and ensure exceptional guest service. The role offers $20–$22 per hour plus tips, with opportunities for growth in a dynamic, fast-paced team.

Qualifications

• 21+ years of age
• Eligible to work in the United States
• Reliable transportation to shifts
• Availability nights, weekends, holidays
• 2–3 years of restaurant experience
• 3–5 years of restaurant leadership
• Experience in front-of-house and back-of-house preferred
• Proven ability to lead and motivate teams
• Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation
• Proficient with POS systems and scheduling tools

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and motivate team members to uphold standards of service, food quality, and cleanliness.
• Assist with scheduling, shift planning, and coverage during peak times.
• Support onboarding and provide ongoing coaching and development.
• Deliver excellent customer service and resolve guest concerns.
• Monitor inventory, place orders, and ensure proper storage.
• Oversee cash handling, deposits, and POS procedures.
• Maintain a clean, safe, compliant restaurant environment.
• Step into the manager role when needed to maintain operations.
