Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years old.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of quick service restaurant experience, management experience preferred.
• Some understanding of P&L interpretation and impact on profitability.
• Demonstrated leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the restaurant with focus on profitability and guest service.
• Develop and coach team to achieve guest satisfaction, speed, and cleanliness targets.
• Recruit, orient, and onboard new employees; manage scheduling and onboarding.
