Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead daily restaurant operations with the General Manager.
• Coach and support Shift Leaders and team members.
• Deliver exceptional guest service and resolve guest concerns professionally.
• Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and operational standards are met.
• Enforce safety procedures to protect team and guests.
• Assist with hiring, onboarding, and scheduling; develop the team.
• Monitor labor, inventory, and controllable costs to support profitability.
• Complete administrative tasks accurately and on time.
