Job summary

McDonald's is seeking an Assistant Manager to help drive restaurant performance and guest satisfaction. You’ll lead critical processes such as Employee Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management, supporting daily operations and ensuring standards are met.

You will delegate tasks, supervise Kitchen, People, and Service areas, hire and schedule staff, and coach teams to deliver fast, friendly service while maintaining safety and efficiency across the restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Lead internal functions including Employee Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management.

• Support the General Manager to meet restaurant performance and quality standards in Kitchen, People, and Service.
• Kitchen: supervise food quality, safety, cost, and new menu items.
• People: hire, train, and schedule restaurant staff to meet sales and profit goals.
• Service: ensure a memorable guest experience by training staff and organizing key service areas.
• Teamwork: partner with the restaurant team to ensure safe and efficient operations.
