Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Understand completely all policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines and training programs.
• Ensure that guests feel welcome with friendly, courteous service at all times.
• Ensure food and products are prepared and served according to recipes and standards.
• Achieve objectives in sales, service, quality, appearance, and sanitation via staff training.
• Coordinate labor to meet business activity while controlling labor costs.
• Fill in as needed to ensure guest service standards and efficient operations.
• Develop staff in managerial and professional development areas.
• Prepare paperwork, reports and schedules in an organized manner.
• Coordinate staff training and menu planning activities.
• Participate in menu planning, purchasing specifications, product testing and development.
• Assist other managers with plate presentation, function planning, and service area design.
