Job summary

Big Red Restaurant & Sports Bar in Norfolk, NE is seeking an Assistant Manager to help oversee front and back of house operations. You will coordinate planning, training and leadership to achieve sales, quality and guest satisfaction goals.

Responsibilities include enforcing policies, training staff, scheduling labor, analyzing reports, and collaborating with the General Manager to ensure consistent food quality and service. This role requires hands-on leadership in a busy restaurant environment.

Qualifications

• Understand completely all policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines and training programs.
• Ensure that all guests feel welcome and are given responsive, friendly and courteous service.
• Coordinate all training activities for staff and service employees to include identification of training needs and design and implementation of programs.
• Schedule labor as required by anticipated business activity while ensuring staffing and labor cost objectives.

Responsibilities
