Job summary

Ayvaz Pizza, a Pizza Hut franchisee, is seeking an Assistant Manager to support daily restaurant operations and guest service excellence in Alvin, TX. You will help lead a fast-paced team, ensure food quality, and maintain a clean, welcoming environment for every guest.

Under the General Manager, you will oversee scheduling, coaching, and staff development while upholding health, safety, and financial controls to drive a great guest experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year Assistant Manager experience in high volume food service.
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends/holidays.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Proven leadership and team management in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong problem solving and customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations under the General Manager.
• Maintain day-to-day financial controls.
• Create and manage staff schedules.
• Interview, hire, train and orientate staff.
• Coach, counsel, and develop team; manage team relations.
• Ensure proper food handling, equipment maintenance and facility management.
• Adhere to health and safety inspections and standards.
• Set a fun, family environment in the restaurant.
