Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year Assistant Manager experience in high-volume food service.
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends/holidays.
• Valid driver’s license and access to private transportation.
• High School diploma or equivalent and required documents.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in daily restaurant operations.
• Oversee daily operations and maintain financial controls.
• Create and manage staff schedules and conduct onboarding.
• Coach and develop staff; manage team relations.
• Ensure proper food handling, equipment maintenance and safety checks.
• Maintain health and safety standards and a welcoming atmosphere.
