Job summary

Subway Group is seeking an Assistant Manager at our Oklahoma locations to lead a small team, ensure top-notch guest experiences, and oversee daily operations. You will help with inventory, ordering, and maintaining safety and cleanliness standards while coordinating staff scheduling.

Training and event planning support will be part of the role. The position offers opportunities to develop leadership skills in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Qualifications

• Must be an excellent communicator with the ability to deal with all levels of team members.
• Experience in a restaurant operation, preferably with supervisory experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Computer knowledge is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide an excellent guest experience and ensure food is prepared and served to standard.
• Keep the restaurant clean, functional, and visually appealing.
• Assist in inventory control, scheduling, and supervising 4–12 staff members.
• Assist in planning events/promotions and training to ensure successful execution.
