Job summary

Subway in Sand Springs, OK is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead daily operations. You will focus on guest experience, ensuring quality food, maintaining cleanliness, managing inventory, and supervising 4–12 team members while promoting a safe, positive work environment.

You’ll support shift management, assist in events/promotions, ordering, training, and ensure smooth POS operation. Shifts vary by location; compensation to be discussed.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a restaurant operation, preferably with supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide an excellent Guest experience.
• Ensure that great food is prepared & served.
• Keep restaurants functional, clean and beautiful.
• Control inventory.
• Schedule and supervise staff.
• Maintain standards of restaurant safety and security.
• Be a team player.
• Manage a staff of 4-12 including assigning and evaluating work.
• Assist in planning of special events and promotions in-restaurant, coordinating any training needed to make events successful.
• Assist with product ordering and inventory as needed.
