Job summary

Ayvaz Pizza (Franchisee of Pizza Hut) is hiring a Restaurant Assistant Manager to help run daily operations and deliver friendly, personalized service with great food in a clean setting. You will work closely with the District Manager and team to uphold standards while developing leadership skills.

The role requires prior AM experience in high-volume food service, flexible shifts including weekends, and a valid driver's license. Training and development are provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year Assistant Manager experience in a high-volume food service.
• Flexibility for rotating shifts, weekends and holidays.
• Valid driver's license in good standing and transportation access.
• Proven ability to lead a team in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong problem solving, decision-making and service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in daily restaurant operations.
• Oversee daily operations, controls, and staff scheduling.
• Interview, hire, train, and orient new team members.
• Coach, develop, and manage team performance and relations.
• Ensure proper food handling, equipment maintenance, and safety.
• Maintain health and safety inspections and standards.
• Create a fun, family atmosphere in the restaurant.
