You’ll start with a morning huddle, supervise staff, and manage daily operations while driving performance improvements and upholding IHOP’s standards. IHOP training courses are preferred for certification.

Qualifications

• Minimum: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum: 2+ years of related experience and/or training.
• Preferred: Certification through IHOP training courses.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team to ensure exceptional service during morning shifts.
