Qualifications

• Previous restaurant leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• Friendly, enthusiastic personality and enjoyment of serving others
• Ability to coach, direct, and hold team members accountable
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and adherence to systems
• Knowledge of food safety and workplace safety
• Ability to lead team members from diverse backgrounds
• Familiar with POS, scheduling, inventory systems, and email
• ServSafe Manager certification or ability to obtain certification

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and build a positive, accountable team culture
• Ensure guests receive friendly, accurate, welcoming service
• Maintain Chick Salad Chick standards for quality, safety, speed, cleanliness, and hospitality
• Coach and direct team members and provide accountability
• Support daily front-of-house and back-of-house operations
• Ensure procedures for prep, production, portioning, and cleaning are followed
• Assist with hiring, onboarding, training, and development
