Qualifications

• Two components: one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Excellent organization skills.
• Ability to multitask.
• Working knowledge of back office tools.
• Ability to quickly learn and master new computer software.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a Brand Ambassador for Chicken Salad Chick.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, standards, guidelines and training programs.
• Ensure guests are welcomed and receive responsive, friendly, and courteous service.
• Ensure products are prepared and served to CSC standards.
• Assist in achieving sales, service, quality, cleanliness, and inventory objectives.
• Monitor inventory and health/safety compliance.
