This role requires leadership, strong communication, and a hands-on approach to training, inventory, and issue resolution, with full availability to work up to 50 hours per week

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in fast casual industry.
• At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within fast casual.
• Strong understanding of fast casual operations and customer service principles.
• Fully available and able to work up to 50 hours per week.
• Preferred: hospitality management certification or related professional development.
• Experience recruiting, training, and motivating a team to meet sales, food cost and customer service goals.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager in daily operations and staff management.
• Working manager must be able to fill any role as the business needs dictate.
• Ensure high standards of customer service at all times.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels and ordering supplies.
• Conduct regular staff training sessions to enhance service quality.
• Handle guest complaints and feedback promptly and professionally.
