Job summary

AES Restaurants is seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager to lead the team in delivering a positive guest experience while upholding quality, safety, and cleanliness standards.

Work with the General Manager to drive service excellence, training, cash and inventory controls, and achieve restaurant goals; requires ServSafe certification or ability to obtain it, and a reliable vehicle with valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Must have a reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license.
• ServSafe certification or capable of obtaining certification.
• Ability to work in warm and cold temperatures.
• Ability to stand for 8–10 hours.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
• Ability to climb ladders for maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Guide the team to create a positive guest experience.
• Hire, train & coach the team.
• Utilize AES Systems to run the restaurant each shift.
• Implement restaurant controls, especially cash and inventory.
• Set and meet restaurant goals for service, operations and financial results.
