You will interview and hire, schedule staff, manage labor costs, train and coach crew, and ensure adherence to policies while maintaining a safe, welcoming environment for guests and teammates.

Qualifications

• Must have 2 years of management experience.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Strong conflict-resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Interview and hire qualified staff based on company standards and regulations.
• Schedule sufficient staff to operate the restaurant and accommodate guest flow.
• Manage labor costs to meet company standard.
• Train and develop crew under the direction of the Senior/General Manager.
• Maintain cooperative relationships with management and crew.
• Provide coaching, counseling, and discipline as warranted.
• Conduct crew/management meetings to discuss procedures, promotions, safety, and training.
• Maintain inventory, reports, and records per company standards and regulations.
