BSBC Zaxby's in Florida seeks an Assistant Manager to oversee daily operations and deliver great guest experiences. You will lead front- and back-of-house teams, ensure adherence to processes, and drive performance across shifts in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Available to work 5 days and 40–45 hours per week.
• Flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Successful completion of background check.

Responsibilities

• Manage all personnel on each shift, including cashiers and cooks.
• Inventory management: oversee food costs.
• Ensure daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly tasks and checklists are completed.
• Hire and schedule staff to maintain guest experience and control labor cost.
• Balance daily cash drawers, safe and credit cards.
• Operate store to meet or exceed budgeted operating goals.
• Ensure product quality standards are met.
