BSBC Zaxby's Keystone Heights is hiring an Assistant Manager to lead daily restaurant operations and ensure guest experiences meet our standards. Starting pay ranges from $17 to $20 per hour, with great benefits and a $1,500 sign-on bonus for eligible applicants.

The role includes supervising front-of-house and kitchen staff, managing costs, and upholding brand standards in a fast-paced setting. Training is provided, with opportunities for advancement as the team grows.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Available to work 5 days and 40–45 hours per week.
• Flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Successful background check.

Responsibilities

• Manage all personnel on each shift, including cashiers and cooks.
• Balance daily cash drawers and credit card transactions.
• Ensure daily, weekly, monthly tasks and checklists are completed.
• Hire and schedule staff to manage labor costs and guest experience.
• Maintain product quality and service standards.
• Oversee opening/closing procedures and POS accuracy.
