Job summary

BSBC Zaxby's Keystone Heights is hiring an Assistant Manager to lead daily restaurant operations and ensure guest satisfaction. This role focuses on team leadership, schedule coordination, and adherence to brand standards to deliver top-notch service.

Starting pay ranges from $17 to $20 per hour based on availability and experience, with benefits and a $1,500 sign-on bonus. Open during the Grand Opening in October 2025, the position offers opportunities for growth as the team expands.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Available to work a minimum of 5 days and 40 to 45 hours per week.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Successful completion of background check.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations and guest experience.
• Manage shifts and ensure adherence to policies and procedures.
• Hire and schedule staff to maintain guest quality and control labor costs.
• Balance cash drawers, safes, and credit card transactions accurately.
• Operate store to meet or exceed budgeted operating goals.
• Maintain product quality standards and housekeeping.
