Qualifications

• 1+ years restaurant management experience.
• 1+ years managing operations with annual sales over $1M.
• 1+ years supervising and training 5-10+ employees.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained facility with proper food safety procedures.
• Drive sales through efficient ordering, stocking, inventory management and food prep.
• Assist Restaurant Manager with task execution, scheduling, cash integrity and reporting.
• Prepare and package customer orders to maximize service.
• Understand financial reporting including P&L statements and margin opportunities.
• Collaborate with Restaurant Manager on talent acquisition.
