You will recruit and train leaders, schedule staff, manage payroll and inventory, and partner with the GM on local store marketing and guest satisfaction. We offer strong benefits and flexible scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Recruiting and training future leaders and promoting from within.
• Make personnel decisions including orientations and transfers.
• Create staff schedules to balance guest experience and costs.
• Handle payroll, inventory, ordering and cash handling.
• Ensure accurate pay and benefits for teammates.
• Communicate changes and company focus to the team.
• Support local store marketing initiatives.
