The position offers a base pay with a bonus package (about a 70–75k total package) and growth opportunities as the brand expands.

Qualifications

• Experience leading kitchen staff and managing shifts.
• Ability to train and develop teammates and certified trainers.
• Proficient in forecasting, ordering, and production planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead kitchen operations to ensure quality and consistency.
• Hire, train and manage kitchen staff and set performance expectations.
• Monitor labor costs and scheduling to meet budget and demand.
• Oversee recipe adherence, portion control and food safety standards.
• Drive food quality scores and guest satisfaction through effective training.
