Dunkin | SAWS LLC is hiring Assistant Managers for multiple stores across Riverside and San Diego Counties. You will help develop Shift Leads and crew while driving guest satisfaction as the stores expand from 7 to 20 locations in coming years.

Qualifications

• Food handler’s card required (can be obtained once hired)
• Experience in restaurant or quick service is a plus
• Ability to work full time with variable hours including mornings, evenings, weekends and/ or holidays

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager in overseeing and developing strategies to achieve the store’s financial and guest service goals while addressing the store’s challenges
• Coach and strengthen Shift Leads and Crew
• Serve as a resource: store operations, staffing, company policies and procedures, and resolving key guest issues
• Able to perform all duties of restaurant team members
• Ensure that the store is meeting operational and food safety standards
• Deliver outstanding hospitality, guest service, and provide problem resolution
• Ensure a safe, sanitary, and well maintained environment
• Assist with recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and development of crew members
• Assist with training, motivating, and coaching a high performing team
